Innovation workshops for high school students.

Partnering with United Way Hungary, in the InnoMate project we aim to help young people to realise their dreams.  During the project, we foster creativity, innovation, critical thinking and entrepreneurship to improve 21st century skills and competences.

United Way Hungary in close cooperation with DIA and other experts from the fields of education and entrepreneurship developed a handbook that equips students with entrepreneurship and employability skills essential in the modern world. This one-of-a-kind handbook does not only enhance creativity, critical thinking and communication as well as vital cooperation skills, but it also lays down the foundations for community building, professional ethics and social responsibility. The material is based on the European Commission’s EntreComp 2016 competence framework.

During the pilot period we work together with 6 high schools. Our role includes teacher training, organising Hackatons, facilitating InnoMate clubs and mentoring the realisation of the curriculum.
