The Changemakers project aims to empower young people to take an active role in shaping their environment and their future as part of a cohesive community.

Secondary school students participating in the project will be given the opportunity to engage in dialogue on issues of importance to them as equal partners with decision-makers with whom they can interact to influence each other’s views and perspectives. In the Change-makers project, young people are guided through a process of exploring the issues that are most important to them, using a variety of tools, and developing ideas for solutions in consultation with experts and mentors. We organise large-scale brainstorming competitions and school debates, while supporting young people to develop and present their solutions.

The 2022 Kamaszkonferencia is the final event of the Changemakers project.
