100% argument, 0% anger.
So what?! was a unique learning competition that focused not on subject knowledge, but on skills: whether contestants could debate in a disciplined manner, argue coherently, think critically, research effectively and work successfully in teams.
The central element of the competition was the disputa, a controlled, rigorous form of debate (Karl Popper format), with predefined topics and frameworks.
Between 2011 and 2013, the So?! The National Debate Competition and its related programmes were organised by a consortium of five companies (Színfolt Film, Democratic Youth Foundation, Organic Communications, Pillar Foundation and Élménypásztor Kft.).
The project was supported by the European Parliament, the European Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
